Anthon Hollstein-Ivarsson is a global operator and supply chain executive with 20+ years of experience leading complex transformations across logistics, fulfillment, and technology. For the past decade, he’s worked at the intersection of Silicon Valley innovation and real-world global operations, leading, advising, and scaling businesses across 30+ countries.

He is currently Chief Business Officer at Narwhal, an AI-powered procurement and logistics platform reshaping how the maritime industry sources, manages, and moves critical goods.

Prior to Narwhal, he was VP of Operations at Belong, a $350M venture-backed proptech and fintech company, where he led the transformation of its national operations, launching 30+ U.S. markets and improving gross margins from 5% to 55%.

Earlier, he led $20B+ supply chain operations for Amazon Europe and served as Global Head of Transformation at Maersk, where he co-founded the company’s first digital freight platform and launched its pioneering AI and automation division.
